Herstory is a project aimed at commemorating the women who were subjected to the scottish witch trials. The project consists of the promotional material for a workshop that would involve members of the public ideating their ideas of a memorial to these women through the use of modelling clay.
I used a distorted version of 'A View of Loch Lomond' by Horatio McCulloch as the primary visual asset to represent the concept of Christian superstition imposing itself on the women of Scotland.
